Mortgage Loan Originator

About the Role

  • Promote the benefits of working with Peoples Bank & Trust
  • Build rapport with clients to ensure we're providing the best possible solutions
  • Guide clients in obtaining mortgages by answering questions, collecting documents, and verifying information
  • Provide expert advice on the home buying and refinance process
  • Respond to inquiries from company-generated prospects
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives

About You

  • NMLS Licensed
  • Strong sales aptitude (experience is a plus, but not required!)
  • Dedicated to learning - with ongoing training provided
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust
  • Empathetic and client-focused
  • Adaptable and resilient in a changing industry

Experienced Telemarketer

Are you motivated, dynamic, and passionate about sales? We're seeking an Experienced Telemarketer to help expand our reach and connect with potential clients. In this role, you'll drive business development and generate leads that fuel growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships over the phone, this could be the perfect fit.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients introducing our products and services
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage relationships
  • Nurture leads through warm calling and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Negotiate to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Document all interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems

Experience

  • Proven telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes
  • Strong CRM knowledge (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
  • Background in business development or marketing is an advantage
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value
